Hello,
I feel so very now with my blog. No, I'm not driving! I'm very green at this, but I'm hoping my old creative writing skills start to flow from my fingertips. I hope to post pictures soon too. For now, I will just say Hi and all five of us are good. Yes, five! We added a new addition to the family about a six weeks ago. 10lbs 4 ozs. OUCH! Just kidding. We got a dog-actually he's a rescue puppy, part Jack Russell, part Papillion, part Chihuahua, part preschooler (he doesn't listen either). He's very sweet and has brought all of us much joy and love since we brought him home. We think he's somewhere between 1-2 years old, great temperament, pretty domesticated for being a stray from LA County. He loves to sit on your lap in the car and must snuggle with you at night. And the kids are good too. They recently had a visit from their Great Grandma, on Shon's side. She had never met Lauren and her last visit was three years ago for Evon's 1st Birthday. Thanks and much love to Grandma Louise. Both kids just celebrated Birthdays and Shon turned 35 yesterday! More to come.
